1. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program Terms

ResilExec Coaching operates a mobile messaging program compliant with A2P 10DLC standards. By opting into our messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description: We send users marketing and informational messages regarding executive coaching services, leadership resources, upcoming webinars, and appointment reminders.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive messages from us periodically based on your interaction with our services.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP to our phone number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Data Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier Liability: Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including unauthorized access to data or servers.
